Position: Verifier – Medicare Campaign (Night Shift)
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Salary: Starting from PKR 50,000 + Attractive Incentives
Shift: Monday to Friday

Axxon BPO is expanding its Medicare campaign and is seeking dedicated, performance-driven professionals to join our verification team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-focused, compliance-oriented, and confident communicators.

As a Verifier, you will be responsible for confirming customer information, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in every interaction. The position requires precision, strong listening skills, and the ability to manage calls efficiently in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound verification calls professionally.
• Confirm and update customer records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services where applicable.
• Maintain performance targets and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare/ACA preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in computer usage and data entry.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
