Axxon BPO is currently recruiting qualified and motivated individuals to join our Medicare verification team.

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Compensation: PKR 60,000 starting salary + Attractive Incentives
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

The Verifier will be responsible for making outbound calls to confirm and validate customer information while ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. This role demands strong communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work efficiently within performance metrics.

Core Duties:

• Verify personal and eligibility information via outbound calls.
• Maintain updated and accurate system records.
• Ensure all calls meet compliance guidelines.
• Recommend additional services where appropriate.
• Deliver a professional customer experience at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year call center experience.
• Medicare/ACA background preferred but not mandatory.
• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Strong English fluency.
• Basic technical proficiency.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
