We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care.
What You’ll Do
- Administering medications accurately and on schedule.
- Monitoring residents for any changes in health and reporting concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate medication records.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
- Assisting with other caregiving tasks as needed to support the overall care of our residents.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures precisely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors.
