Responsibilities:

• Provides medication administration services to the residents as determined by community policy and state regulations
• Maintains proper labeling and storage of medications according to community policy and procedures
• Obtains and records resident's vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, weight, etc.) as directed
• Assist other care team members
• As needed, assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Maintains current and accurate resident charts
• Orders medications, as needed, per community policy and regulation
• Communicate with oncoming shift to ensure follow through of duties
• Build positive family and POA relationships to ensure customer's satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Current CPR/1st Aid Card
• Food Handler's Card
• Passion to serve seniors
• Ability to relate well to residents and their families
• Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Self-starter, creative, organized, and professional
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Drug Screening
• AZDHS Dementia Certified
