Medication Technician (MedTech) - Part Time Evening Shift

Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour Plus Evening and Weekend Shift Differentials

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (MedTech) to join our evening care team. In this role, you will administer medications, assist residents with daily care needs, and help maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all community policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Medication Technician certification required
• Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Reston, VA 20190 (Required)

Work Location: In person
