Medispa receptionist/ Cryoskin Technician

Capitol Cryo is a fast-growing wellness and medical spa specializing in advanced, non-invasive treatments including CryoSkin, laser services, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. We pride ourselves on delivering real results, a luxury client experience, and building a supportive, team-driven culture.

We’re looking for someone motivated, reliable, and passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform services such as CryoSkin body contouring, facials, and skin treatments
• Educate clients on treatment plans and long-term results
• Recommend packages and memberships based on client goals
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation protocols
• Deliver a high-end, welcoming client experience

Training

• Paid training period: $18/hour (2–4 weeks)
• Hands-on learning with advanced equipment and protocols
• Transition to commission + bonuses once certified

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: approx. 1PM–7PM
• 2 Saturdays/month required (9AM–4PM)
• Schedule may increase with demand

Compensation

• Commission on services + product sales

• Is licensed (or in progress) in esthetics (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
• Is confident, coachable, and eager to learn
• Has strong communication and sales confidence
• Loves skincare, wellness, and helping others feel their best
• Is dependable and team-oriented
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in body contouring, laser, or medical aesthetics
• Social media/content creation skills
• Sales or customer service background
