As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated MedSpa Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Position Summary

The MedSpa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice while leading a high-performing team of providers, aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, customer service, and business growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and experienced in managing medical spa operations, sales performance, team development, and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of aesthetic professionals, nurses, medical assistants, and front-office staff.
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused culture centered on excellence and accountability.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage day-to-day MedSpa operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow management, inventory control, and supply ordering.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, HIPAA requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the facility.

Patient Experience & Retention

  • Create an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Develop and oversee patient retention and loyalty programs.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through membership programs, treatment packages, retail sales, and patient retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ownership and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and community outreach efforts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support providers and staff in achieving individual and team sales goals.

Financial Management

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Monitor profitability and implement cost-control measures.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to optimize performance.

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry partners.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize value.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of products, supplies, and equipment.

Training & Education

  • Coordinate ongoing staff education and professional development.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new treatment offerings.
  • Ensure team members remain knowledgeable about products, services, and best practices.

QualificationsRequired

  • 3+ years of management experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments including:
  • Cosmetic injectables (Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers)
  • Skin rejuvenation procedures
  • Laser treatments
  • Body contouring services
  • Medical weight loss programs
  • Hormone optimization services
  • Experience with CRM, EMR, and MedSpa management software.
  • Marketing, sales, and business development experience.
