Regenerate Me IV Hydration and Wellness is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Medspa Front Desk / Wellness Concierge (PCC) to be the welcoming face of our wellness center. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they walk in
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule appointments accurately using scheduling software, including calendar management and reminders
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about services and products
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and updating client records
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping with QuickBooks, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping duties
- Assist with administrative duties like proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting team members as a personal assistant when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a healthcare or wellness setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with strong phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office equipment like multi-line phones, printers, and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
- Ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative support roles is advantageous
