MEDSPA looking for Skilled NP/PA ASAP (New Grads Welcome with Boards Passed)

Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated NP/PA interested in aesthetic medicine. You’ll perform consultations and treatments within Illinois scope and our written protocols, focusing on injectables, weight-management follow-ups, and IV hydration oversight. This is a growth role in a new, upscale practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations; create individualized plans; obtain informed consent.
• Administer botulinum toxin and HA fillers using sterile, conservative technique; document units/syringes and lot/expiry in HIPAA-compliant EMR.
• Participate in semaglutide weight-management workflows (screening, counseling, follow-ups; GFEs via approved process).
• Oversee IV hydration (vitals, drip monitoring, add-ons, post-care) per protocol.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and aestheticians to deliver safe, natural outcomes.
• Maintain readiness for complications (BLS; follow filler-compromise/anaphylaxis algorithms; escalate appropriately).
• Keep accurate records; support inventory and compliance (OSHA/IDPH/HIPAA).

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Illinois; BLS; U.S. work authorization.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Hands-on neurotoxin/filler experience, semaglutide programs, IV therapy, Aesthetic Record (or similar).
• New grads: Welcome with boards passed; structured training provided.
