Medspa Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Medspa Marketing & Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and enhance our online reputation. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management to attract and engage clients while promoting our medspa services.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage daily social media content creation, including photography, video editing, graphic design, and proofreading to ensure high-quality posts.
• Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and promote special offers or new treatments.
• Engage in social listening and relationship management to respond to comments, reviews, and inquiries promptly, fostering strong community relationships.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate branding efforts and manage the medspa’s online reputation.
• Oversee e-commerce initiatives related to online booking or product sales, ensuring seamless user experience.
• Track industry trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative tactics such as video editing or branding strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within the health or beauty industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, keyword research, and social listening platforms.
• Experience with Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and other social media management tools.
• Excellent content creation skills including graphic design, photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding.
• Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
