Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Medspa team with the potential to transition to a full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide a variety of aesthetic and wellness services, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on high quality client care and satisfaction. Will perform client consultations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our physician and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong foundation in client assessments, medication administration, and various medical procedures.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess goals, skin conditions, and treatment eligibility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and treatment records.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage and follow up schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on aesthetic medicine trends and technologies.
- Support marketing initiatives, events and social media content when appropriate.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as: Botox and dermal filler injections, chemical peels and skin rejuvenation treatments, IV therapy and wellness injections, pellet therapy and ozone therapy.
Requirements
- Valid and active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- Certification in Aesthetic Medicine (preferred).
- Preferably 1-2+ years of experience in a MedSpa or aesthetic setting.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical judgement and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity to perform precise procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
