Medspa Sales Technician

NOW HIRING: SALES-SAVVY CRYOSKIN TECH (CONSULT + TREAT + CLOSE)

$30/hr + Uncapped Commission (10–20%) | 30-40 hrs/week |

Our Sales Team individuals bring in $5,000-$12,000 a month in commission outside of the hourly pay.

Lux Wellness Company is exploding in growth with 4 busy, beautiful locations and a reputation for exceptional results. We’re on the hunt for a people-loving, sales-driven, and self-aware CryoSkin Tech who can consult clients, perform treatments, and confidently sell high-ticket wellness packages.

If you have real sales skills, spa or med-spa experience, and you’re obsessed with creating next-level client experiences — this is your role.

THE ROLE:

• $30/hr base + 10–20% commission on package sales
• Deliver Cryoskin body & facial treatments (we train + certify you)
• Run confident consultations that convert (75%+ close rate expected)
• Educate, guide, and wow every client with your energy + service
• Track client progress, manage appointments, and maintain treatment rooms
• Help with promotions, marketing, and driving location success

✅ WHAT YOU BRING:

• 3–5+ years of sales experience — spa, medical, or wellness is a huge plus
• You’re confident, people-focused, and know how to close
• Self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and naturally upbeat
• You’ve got a “figure it out” mindset, not a “wait to be told” one
• You love helping people look and feel their best
• You can work at least 30 hours/week
• You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and not afraid to hustle
