Medtech & Caregiver Assisted Living Full Time including Weekends

Job Summary
Vineyard Park at South Hill Assisted Living Community is currently recruiting for FT/PT med techs and caregivers for Assisted Living.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm INCLUDING WEEKENDS

*We offer the option of a set schedule (FT/PT) with negotiable salary ranges.

We are looking for reliable care staff with a flexible schedule-NEW NAC'S WELCOME!!

-NO CAR NEEDED AND NO TRAVEL FROM PLACE TO PLACE. LOCATED ON MAJOR BUS LINE.

Permanent staff will be eligible for sick/vacation/holiday pay along with medical/dental/vision benefits for FT employees.

ALL STAFF MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AND PASS FINGERPRINT BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities and Duties: Attend to individual care needs and get to know their preferences and personalities. Provide nutritional support as needed. Duties may include meal assistance, toileting, engaging in client activities , Assistance with personal hygiene, bathing and grooming, Assist with housekeeping and laundry, Written and verbal communication; quality improvement, Reporting changes in client's condition and Administer Medications & Charting.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with seniors and/or a desire to serve and care for seniors
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Criminal Background Check
• CNA/HCA licenses (food handler, 1st aid/CPR, Safety & Orientation, Mental Health, Dementia also required to maintain employment).
• NURSE DELEGATION AND DELEGATION WITH DIABETES FOCUS REQUIRED TO WORK AS A MED TECH.
• Mental Health & Dementia Specialty Training

The more experience and certifications you have on hire the more money you make but we are certainly not afraid to hire newly certified staff!
