Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping

• Provide respectful and compassionate care to residents with varying levels of cognitive and physical impairment, including those with Alzheimer's or dementia

• Follow established policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services

Qualifications:

• Current CNA and CMT/Active License

• BLS/CPR Certificate

• TB and MMR Certification

• Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors

• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care

• High school diploma or equivalency required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous Med Passer experience required
