Pay: $21.50 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Part-Time & Full-Time)
• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Part-Time)
• 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (2 Part-Time Positions Available)

Overview

Lincolnian Senior Residences is an affordable Assisted Living community serving low- to moderate-income seniors ages 62 and above in Northern Virginia. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Medication Technicians (MedTechs) to join our team.

In this role, you will assist residents with medication administration and support daily care needs while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and document appropriately
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all community policies and state regulations
• Assist with additional caregiving duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician certification required
• Previous assisted living or senior care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable and compassionate attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to remain organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment
