Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medtech/Caregiver to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals across various care settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and home care environments. Duties

• Assist with daily patient care activities, including mobility support, hygiene assistance, and medication administration in compliance with medical protocols and HIPAA regulations
• Monitor vital signs and record accurate medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Support patients with specialized needs such as tube feeding, catheter care, and medication management
• Provide compassionate memory care and dementia support tailored to individual requirements in senior living or hospice settings
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, including physiology and anatomy-based interventions
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control standards and safety procedures during all caregiving activities
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards and legal requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or home care environments demonstrating caregiving excellence
• Knowledge of medical procedures including vital signs monitoring, catheter care, tube feeding, and medication administration
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliant patient care
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable; relevant training in hospice or memory care is a plus
