What You'll Actually Do (The Work That Matters)

You will help residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Medication Management
  • Cart Auditing
  • Incident reports
  • Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, check & change every 2 hours and grooming
  • Medication reminders and basic health observation according to care plans
  • Helping with mobility and transfers
  • Serving meals and assisting residents during dining
  • Keeping resident rooms clean and organized
  • Reporting any changes in resident condition
  • Creating a safe, warm environment families trust

This job is fast-paced but meaningful.

You will end your shift knowing you actually helped someone.

Pay & Incentives (Performance-Based)

Base Pay

$17 – $22 per hour depending on experience.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

Up to $500 per month based on KPIs.

Attendance Bonus

$150 per month for perfect attendance.

Resident Happiness Bonus

$100–$300 monthly based on family reviews and satisfaction surveys.

Team Performance Bonus

Quarterly bonus when the building hits occupancy and care quality goals.

Top caregivers in our building make $3,000 – $4,500/month.

Caregiver KPI Scorecard

We measure what actually matters.

1. Resident Response Time

Average response under 5 minutes for assistance calls.

2. Resident Satisfaction

Measured through family feedback and internal surveys.

3. Care Documentation Accuracy

Daily logs completed with 100% accuracy.

4. Attendance Reliability

No missed shifts and on-time clock-ins.

5. Teamwork Rating

Peer and supervisor evaluation.

6. Safety Compliance

Zero preventable incidents.

7. Staff To Resident Ratio

Should be able to handle 1:15 ratio

8. Check & Change

Every 2 hours check & change
