Qualifications
· University Degree in related fields; preferably with a degree in tourism/travel agency
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Adaptable to intense work schedule of the tourism sector
· 1-3 years of minimum relevant experience in similar positions preferably in hotel management and event business
· Strong communication skills
· Knowledge of excellent MS Office applications
· No restriction to travel
· Preferably residing in Dubai
· Proficiency using Cvent Meeting Platform
Responsibilities
We are looking for valuable team members for our Dubai-based company that will, communicate with our African/Middle Eastern customers, handle all necessarily written correspondence, be in continuous communication with other departments in our company, be able to use all the company private computer systems that will be taught, and adopt a principle of continuous contribution to both him/herself and our company.

Preparation of the pre-event files in terms of budgeting, registration, accommodation, supplier finding and conduction of presentations

Having direct contact with the client and suppliers during the preparation and organization of the project, and the flow of the organization

Realize the invoicing and reporting processes after the completion of the project

Execution of the event onsite & remote and preparation of the necessary reports during all phases of the project (pre, during, and post)
