Job Title: Senior Team Member / SME - Work Force Administration (WFA)

Walk-in Venue: 200 Feet Radial Rd, MCN Nagar Extension, Thoraipakkam, Tamil Nadu 600097, India

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 2-8 years

Mandatory Documents to carry :

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must have skills:

1) Experience in Workforce administration

2) Experience in handling simple & medium complex Payroll transactions within Hire to Retire process

Other required skills:

1) Overall work experience of 2+ years with minimum 1 year experience in supporting Employee Data Management back-office operations.

2) Experience in handling simple & medium complex Payroll transactions within Hire to Retire process

3) Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day-to-day operations.

4) Preferably I should have worked on SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Kronos

Good to Have Skills:

1) Awareness of country regulations
