Responsibilities
- Assist members with the enrollment process via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions.
- Verify member information accurately using computer systems and input data efficiently into databases.
- Explain medical terminology and program details in a way that is easy for members to understand, providing bilingual support when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of member interactions, enrollment status updates, and documentation compliance.
- Follow phone etiquette standards to deliver courteous, professional service during all member communications.
- Collaborate with team members and medical office staff to resolve issues related to enrollment or data discrepancies swiftly.
- Analyze member data to identify trends or issues that may require further attention or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language is highly preferred; bilingual skills are a strong asset.
- Prior experience in medical office settings or customer service roles involving data entry and phone communication is desirable.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data management software and basic office applications.
- Knowledge of medical terminology enhances your ability to assist members effectively.
