This Isn’t Just Management. This Is About Changing Lives.
At Anytime Fitness, we don’t just sell memberships, we change lives and the Member Experience Manager is the person who makes sure that change actually happens. The MXM is the owner of the club’s performance.
This role is responsible for member experience, revenue growth, team leadership, and daily operations. When the club wins, it’s because the MXM led it there. When something needs fixing, the MXM steps up. This is full accountability, real leadership, and meaningful impact.
You will execute systems consistently, protect the integrity of the business, develop your team, and create an environment where members stay, teams perform, and results follow.
If you want authority without responsibility, this isn’t for you.
If you want to lead, build, grow, and own outcomes, keep reading.
