DAY TO DAY AS A MEMBER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST II
As a pivotal member of our team, the Member Experience Specialist II plays a crucial role in the success of our branch at SkyOne Federal Credit Union. This position focuses on elevating sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience to every member and business partner. Leading by example, you will take ownership of your branch's sales goals and inspire fellow Member Experience Specialists to achieve excellence. With a dual focus on relationship building and business development, you will engage in opening business accounts, conduct local canvassing, and uncover opportunities to welcome new organizations into the SkyOne family.
Acting as a strategic ambassador to our Select Employer Groups (SEGs), you will strengthen existing partnerships and forge new connections to broaden our impact. By championing our SOAR service and sales model, you'll drive meaningful conversations that reinforce a culture of service excellence while enhancing our community engagement and sales outcomes.
