What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Member Services Representative to join our team at our Alpine branch. In this dynamic role, you’ll deliver top-notch service both in person and over the phone. We’re looking for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with vaulting and transactional needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account support.
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests.
  • Accurately process transactions, including cash handling, check processing, and precious metals deposits/withdrawals.
  • Maintain precise customer records and perform regular reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain a strong understanding of UPMA products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in financial services, banking, or customer-facing advisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
