Duties

• Greet members warmly and assist with their banking needs in person or via phone, ensuring a positive experience
• Process a wide range of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Promote financial products and services such as loans, savings accounts, or credit options to meet members’ needs
• Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring account activity and adhering to security protocols
• Manage member accounts using financial software systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Maintain excellent relationship management by addressing member questions promptly and professionally while fostering trust and loyalty

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, retail math, or financial sales is preferred
• Interest in banking operations including cash management, debits & credits, cashiering, and basic math skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards relationship management
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with fraud prevention measures and security protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in finance or banking is a plus
