MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary
We’re looking for someone with great customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy taking care of member needs by performing routine member transactions in person or via telephone, including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, visa payments, check cashing, cashier's checks, and money orders. You will also open new accounts and provide new members with information about all the great services we offer! You’ll need to be someone they can trust to take care of them and their financial needs accurately and efficiently. This position will also perform additional job-related duties as assigned or required. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and willing to work on projects independently or with a group. Must be available to work between the hours of 8:30-5:45 Monday-Friday. The position will have a rotating Saturday schedule that will be mornings between the hours of 8:45-12:30. Wages commensurate with experience

Required Experience: High school graduate or equivalent Cash handling experience preferred Customer service experience preferred Must have good communication skills Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
