Member Service Representative

Our Bondurant location is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. You must enjoy helping people and be self-motivated.

The primary responsibility of this position is providing AMAZING service to our members while processing their transaction requests, whether in person or over the phone. This includes evaluating their relationship with the credit union during every interaction and making suggestions to them that will help them achieve their financial goals.

The hours for the full-time position is Monday through Friday from 8:10 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. Your lunch time is set Monday through Friday 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

The pay range on the position is $14.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements to be considered:

• A positive can-do approach with both members and co-workers.
• Desire to learn and ability to be resourceful.
• Typing and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
• Able to report to work punctually, work all scheduled hours, and work overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or the equivalent (i.e. GED).

Previous cash handling, sales, and customer service experience desired.

**Please note, some training for the hired applicant will occur in Urbandale, IA.
