What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional member service in person, by phone, and electronically
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships and identify member needs through conversation
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on member goals
• Support branch sales, service, and referral objectives
• Create a positive, professional experience for every member interaction

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Comfortable learning financial products and services
• Customer service, retail, banking, or sales experience preferred
