Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Member Service Representative at Kohler Credit Union, you'll be the friendly face and voice for our members, delivering exceptional customer service that creates positive experiences across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and secure messaging. You'll efficiently address member inquiries and resolve concerns while providing tailored financial solutions to meet each individual's needs. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be key in assisting with requests such as debit cards and mobile deposit verifications. In this fast-paced contact center environment, you'll utilize internal tools to document customer interactions accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating within a team-oriented culture, you'll manage multiple priorities while enjoying opportunities for ongoing training and professional development, all aimed at enhancing member satisfaction and achieving service goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service, retail, sales, call center, or client support experience preferred
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Fridays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
