Member Service Representative Call Center

Duties

  • Handle inbound calls from members promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude to address their questions and concerns.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, transaction processing, and general banking services using accurate data entry techniques.
  • Promote and cross-sell financial products and services tailored to each member’s needs, including savings accounts, loans, or fraud prevention solutions.
  • Detect and prevent potential fraud by analyzing account activity for suspicious patterns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the system, maintaining accurate records of member requests, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality, share insights on common issues, and contribute to a positive call center environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
