In this role, you’ll support members with their everyday financial needs while developing valuable skills in banking and customer service. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome members with a friendly, professional approach and help them feel confident and supported
  • Assist members with daily financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check processing
  • Handle cash accurately and responsibly while balancing a personal cash drawer
  • Build strong member relationships by identifying needs and sharing appropriate products and services
  • Follow security and compliance guidelines, including verifying identities and monitoring transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using financial systems
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a positive, consistent member experience

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services or customer-facing roles involving transactions or cash handling
  • Comfort with basic math and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Experience using computer systems and entering data accurately
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional coursework or certification in financial services is a plus—but not required
