Position Summary

We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Representatives who enjoy helping others and providing outstanding service. In this role, you’ll be the face of our credit union—building relationships, assisting with financial needs, and creating a positive experience during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, or electronically in a professional manner
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check processing, transfers, and loan payments
• Open new accounts and explain credit union products and services
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Promote financial wellness by educating members on available resources
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Experience working with the public in face-to-face customer service environments
• Experience handling cash and check payments
• Previous experience as a credit union or bank teller desirable
• Experience working in a role requiring customer service problem solving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance or business a plus.
