Ocean State Credit Union looking for a Member Service/Teller to continue to build positive member relationships through new membership opportunities, as well as evaluating and maintaining existing ones.

General Responsibilities
Duties include:
- Greets and welcomes members in a courteous, professional manner
- Open and close accounts. Answer member questions regarding credit union products.
- Accurately process a variety of savings, checking, IRA and loan account transactions, as well as requests for stop payments, check orders and debit cards.
- Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing while maintaining member confidentiality at all times.
· Adhere to proper opening and closing procedures; Balance cash drawer and perform all end of day functions
- Ensures that transactions are processed in compliance with regulations and applicable laws, e.g., Regulation CC and the Bank Secrecy Act, etc.
Requirements
Hours and Schedule:
40 hours per week Monday through Friday & Saturday morning. Schedule varies depending on branch needs.
