Your Role: Member Service Specialist I
As a Member Service Specialist I, you’ll play a key role in creating welcoming, positive first impressions for our members. You’ll support daily branch operations by assisting members in person and over the phone, providing general information, maintaining accurate account details, and helping members access electronic services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be a Member Resource: Greet members, handle incoming phone calls professionally, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and guide lobby traffic.
  • Educate Members: Provide general information about Vibe’s products, services, and electronic banking options.
  • Support Account Maintenance: Review and process changes to member information such as name, address, and other account updates.
  • Assist with Digital Services: Help members enroll in electronic services and navigate basic account tools.
  • Support Branch Operations: Sort and distribute mail, process deposit verifications, and maintain lobby organization.
  • Maintain Branch Appearance: Keep rate boards updated and ensure the lobby and teller queue areas are fully stocked and organized.
  • Build Relationships: Develop rapport with members and actively cross‑sell beneficial products and services.
  • Resolve Requests: Respond to member needs and provide effective solutions with professionalism and care.
  • Provide Branch Coverage: Perform teller transactions and serve as backup coverage when needed.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD policies and procedures daily to remain compliant with regulations.
  • Stay Flexible: Maintain a schedule that supports branch needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Complete Reporting: Finish required daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and assignments.
  • Perform Other Duties: Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Meet all established sales and service goals.
What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer or member service experience preferred
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong customer service and sales mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Professional communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team‑oriented and eager to learn and grow
