Member Service Specialist III

• Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way
• Handle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our members
• Become the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashing
• Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail
• Take charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
• Assist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• Showcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees
• Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of financial institution experience
• Must be bondable to pass a background and credit check

• One to two years of financial institution experience – handling loans and new accounts!
• Quick and accurate computer skills
• Friendly and great with people – you'll make members feel welcome
• Problem-solving skills
• Good at writing and talking
• Motivated and organized – you'll rock under pressure
