Member Services Assistant/Teller

• A minimum of 2 years of Banking/Credit Union experience is preferred
• Excellent Customer service, strong communication skills, & cash handling experience are required
• Open share accounts, checking accounts & other credit union services
• Greet & welcome members to the credit union in a courteous professional & timely manner
• Participate in all required training & adhere to written policies & procedures of the credit union including BSA, OFAC & security
• Provide quality member service while complying with regulations, credit union polices, branch & security procedures
• Comply with all SUN Credit Union policies and procedures to ensure compliance with such regulations
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision at times
• Ability to display initiative and flexibility
• Ability to speak effectively with members or employees of the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
