Member Services Representative

Work schedule/hours: M-F 8am-5pm


Job Summary:

Answers calls, regarding inquiries from insurance plan members and the community at-large. Provides verbal and/or written responses to inquiries, or refers contact to appropriate party. Provides assistance for resolving problems concerning CHP membership and services.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). A minimum of one year of job related experience (call center, medical office) is preferred.
