We are seeking a full-time, in-office Member Services Representative to provide high-quality support to our members. This role involves managing inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing member questions and concerns, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is experienced in delivering outstanding customer service in a call center or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist members with inquiries and service needs
Resolve member issues promptly and professionally while ensuring member satisfaction
Maintain accurate records by updating member information in internal systems
Identify member needs and provide appropriate solutions
Work collaboratively with team members to improve service and processes
Use multilingual skills, if applicable, to support a diverse member base
Qualifications:
Previous call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with basic computer tasks and data entry
Experience with outbound calling is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Full-time, in-office position
Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts (start time may vary)
No weekends or holidays
