Member Services Representative (Call Center)

We are seeking a full-time, in-office Member Services Representative to provide high-quality support to our members. This role involves managing inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing member questions and concerns, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is experienced in delivering outstanding customer service in a call center or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist members with inquiries and service needs
  • Resolve member issues promptly and professionally while ensuring member satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records by updating member information in internal systems
  • Identify member needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service and processes
  • Use multilingual skills, if applicable, to support a diverse member base

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer tasks and data entry
  • Experience with outbound calling is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shifts (start time may vary)
  • No weekends or holidays
