Member Services Representative/Teller

Overview
Seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative/Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have cash handling, strong organization and computer skills. Must have a passion for customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our members.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner in person, by telephone, fax or email.
- Process member transactions accurately using core processer
- Provide information on various products and services offered
- Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers daily
- Maintain member accounts and records with attention to detail
- Build and maintain relationships with members to promote loyalty and satisfaction
- Offer products or services to meet member needs

Skills

-Exceptional member service skills as well as active listening skills
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate transactional calculations
- Ability to use 10 key typing for efficient data entry
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Familiarity with banking processes is a plus

We are looking for a Team player willing to be engage, responsible and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.46 - $21.02 per hour
