Member Services / Retention Specialist – Medicare Agency

We are a rapidly growing Medicare insurance agency looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Member Services / Retention Specialist to help support our clients and agents behind the scenes.

This is NOT a high-volume cold calling role. This position is focused on client support, retention, policy review, follow-up coordination, and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Extremely organized
  • Coachable and punctual
  • Comfortable multitasking between systems
  • Professional on the phone
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong with follow-up and documentation
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced office environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with policy and enrollment follow-ups
  • Handle retention and member service calls
  • Review policy information and coverage updates
  • Manage spreadsheets, Google Drive files, and CRM systems
  • Perform detailed data entry and documentation
  • Coordinate with agents and management to resolve client issues
  • Track pending items and ensure tasks are completed accurately
  • Help protect client satisfaction and long-term retention

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Medicare/insurance experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information professionally
  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
