Member Services / Retention Specialist – Medicare Agency
We are a rapidly growing Medicare insurance agency looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Member Services / Retention Specialist to help support our clients and agents behind the scenes.
This is NOT a high-volume cold calling role. This position is focused on client support, retention, policy review, follow-up coordination, and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy and enrollment follow-ups
- Handle retention and member service calls
- Review policy information and coverage updates
- Manage spreadsheets, Google Drive files, and CRM systems
- Perform detailed data entry and documentation
- Coordinate with agents and management to resolve client issues
- Track pending items and ensure tasks are completed accurately
- Help protect client satisfaction and long-term retention
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Medicare/insurance experience is a plus but not required
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive client information professionally
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
