Start Now. Play Forever. Ace Pickleball Club, LLC (APC) is a fast-growing indoor pickleball franchise that seeks to create space for people to enjoy playing pickleball. We create an optimal experience that inspires an inclusive community and opportunities for growth. Members of all ages and skill levels can visit Ace Pickleball Club to participate in a variety of activities, including daily Open Play, clinics, tournaments, socials, and glow-in-the-dark events.
This Member Specialist role is what Ace Pickleball Club is all about: delivering on our promise of active hospitality and creating an optimal experience. The Member Specialist must be driven, approachable and detail oriented. This person takes ownership of the Club and Member experience. They inherently place value on knowing people’s names and making friends without trying. They contribute to the community and foster an inclusive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Take great care of our Members through active hospitality
· Manage Team Members to ensure the highest level of hospitality for our Members
· Resolve Member issues or conflicts and know when to escalate to Management
· Provide genuine, friendly and passionate guest service, ability to anticipate Members requests or needs
· Facilitate games and create a positive playing environment
· Engage with Members and Guests because you enjoy facilitating relationships with others
· Provide Members with information about our newest classes and events appropriate for the members skill level
· Work in a team-oriented environment, anticipate when others need help and are gladly willing to assist
· Ensure a spotless and sparkling Club by monitoring courts, check-in area, and restrooms. Assist with daily cleaning duties before and after each shift and ongoing cleaning responsibilities during business hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior work experience in guest service or hospitality is a plus
· Knowledge of pickleball or a willingness to learn and play
· Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
· Ability to provide tours to guests, discuss our activities and events, and work to find the right membership type for the guest
· Proactively able to solve problems
· Strong communication skills and ability to discuss membership and club offerings
· POS experience
· Weekend and night availability required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
