Membership Advisor - Part time and full time positions available

About Us

We are a fast paced, community focused fitness facility dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. We are seeking a reliable, friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our gym. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, maintaining smooth daily operations and ensuring every member has a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a welcoming, positive and professional attitude
• Answer calls and general inquiries
• Assist with scheduling, class sign ups and general administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Enforce gym policies and ensure a safe environment
• Make protein shakes
• Assist in our child care area as needed
• Handle cash, card and POS transactions efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Experience helps, but not required
