Membership Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Trifit memberships and wellness programs to prospective clients.
  • Conduct membership consultations, provide facility tours, and explain services and offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into memberships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and client-centric approach.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, membership details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or membership consultancy, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
