What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. The Membership Experience Coordinator is responsible for assisting the ticketing staff generate revenue through the selling of season ticket memberships, selling & servicing of partial plans, group tickets, corporate events & premium seating via phone calls, texts, appointments, networking events and ballpark tours. Essential to this role is the ability to organize, multi-task, outbound prospect and activate for sales events/tables along with helping to activate for any Bees game days or non-game day events. Additionally, we expect this role to help lead out sales initiatives, off-site events, and new Bees ballpark items.
The position will:

- Manage and keep detailed notes of all customer accounts within our CRM, Salesforce
- Manage and organize accounts within our ticketing system, Ticketmaster
- Assist in selling season ticket memberships
- Assist in selling, servicing and renewing of corporate groups
- Assist in selling, servicing & renewing Premium Inventory
- Assist in the selling, servicing of Premium Seat guests during Bees home games
- Monitor inbound emails + text messages via Podium and work in conjunction with the Directors to get those leads or customer service inquiries resolved.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform gameday responsibilities such as entertaining clients, picnic setup and fulfilling commitments of FEPs
- Strategize with sales team leadership to create a plan for off-site sales and networking events
- Maintain & Grow industry standard sales & service skills
- Participate in on-going training

What are the requirements of the Job?

- Seeking or have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 or more year of sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Proficiency using Google Workspace preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
- Self-starter with a professional demeanor for external representation.
- Ability to build and manage business relationships quickly
- Familiarity with the sports + entertainment industry
- Ability to work all home games and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Punctual, groomed and dressed for a professional environment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
What is the wage?
The position pays $18/hour.
Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (Begins February 3, 2026;Ends September/October 2026), Full-time (At least 29 hours+/week) position.
