Membership Sales Associate (FT/PT)

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service, providing in-depth product knowledge, and creating an awesome brand experience for our customers. You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, the ability to multi-task, and excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will want to grow their knowledge by learning all aspects of car washing and the retail store products.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and offer an unforgettable experience
• Perform POS transactions accurately and efficiently and follow all cash handling procedures
• Meet individual and store sales goal
• Able to work as a team in a fun and fast- paced environment
• Communicate professionally with customers, associates and corporate partners
• Adhere to all company policy and procedures
• Maximize individual performance by accepting direction, coaching and feedback
• Job duties and responsibilities may vary, and employees may be assigned additional duties than those listed above

Skills and Experience:

• Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others
• Has worked in fast-paced retail and/or sales
• General knowledge of vehicles
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual sales goals
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Car wash experience appreciated but not required
• Multi-lingual is appreciated but not required

Job Requirements:

• Must be in good physical condition with the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Comfortable with regularly creating or participating in social media content
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene in compliance with company standards
• Willing and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Must be minimum 18 years of age

Expected hours:

• FT- 30-40 hours per week
• PT- 15-30 hours per week

Pay

$16.90 - $18 per hour based on experience PLUS Sales Commissions
