Membership Sales Representative

HOTWORX Plano is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is crucial to enhancing our member experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the studio is well-stocked and organized. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• This is a sales position,
• Work shifts cover the following hours:
• Monday-Thursday 10am-830pm, Friday 8am-630pm, Sat 8am-230pm
• Sales-focused individuals, ability to close the deal!!
• 2+ Years with proven performance in sales, and/or customer service - Required
• Must have excellent customer service skills - Required
• Health & fitness-oriented mindset – Required
• Must have strong verbal and computer communication skills – Required
• Highly comfortable with social media
• DAILY social postings are REQUIRED
• Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls
• High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals
• Ability to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
• Must be outgoing, quick learner, confident
• Plano, TX 75093: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• MEET and EXCEED weekly and monthly sales goals
• Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically.
• Create a friendly, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Conduct professional guest follow-up and member communications, via phone, text and email.
• Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up.
• Product knowledge - demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the fitness studio - pricing structure, memberships, sauna operation, merchandise (current and new products) etc.
• Additional duties as established by Franchisees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, opening, closing or Saturday shifts as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour plus earned commission and bonus

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
