About the Role

Connect Realty is looking for a high-energy Membership Sales Representative to drive revenue and occupancy for our coworking space and commercial kitchen.

This is not a passive front desk role—this is a sales position. You will own the full sales cycle: handling inbound leads, conducting tours, overcoming objections, and closing memberships.

If you are competitive, motivated by commission, and confident in face-to-face selling, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Selling

  • Coworking memberships (hot desks, private offices)
  • Commercial kitchen memberships (food entrepreneurs, caterers, food trucks)
  • Meeting rooms, day passes, and event space
  • Add-ons: storage, production time, premium services

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Convert inbound leads (walk-ins, calls, web inquiries) into paying members
  • Conduct high-impact tours that lead to same-day or short-cycle closes
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage and track pipeline using CRM tools
  • Follow up relentlessly—no cold leads left behind
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue per member

Lead Management & Closing

  • Qualify prospects quickly and tailor your pitch
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Create urgency and drive commitment
  • Maintain a strong closing ratio

On-Site Presence

  • Operate from the front desk as a sales command center
  • Deliver a professional, high-energy first impression
  • Ensure the space is always tour-ready and positioned to sell

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, retail sales, fitness memberships, real estate, leasing, or similar)
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit quotas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong communicator with confidence in face-to-face selling
  • Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset

Compensation

  • Hourly base + commission
