We are currently seeking someone that can do outreach to our existing members. Work can include letting members know of current events, courses, partnerships. Proactively building realtionships with our existing membership

*** What You’ll Be Doing ***

  • 5+ years of experience of Inside Sales and Customer Service and building relationships with customers/members.
  • Setting up meetings and talking to members regarding upcoming events and programs
  • Respond to questions or messages that need a reply.
  • Provide reports on performance and trends

*** What You Bring ***

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • 5+ years of Customer Service.
  • Understanding how to stay on brand and tell our story.

*** Additional Details About the Role ***

  • 8am to 5pm ET
  • Full-time
