Memo Room Librarian

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Memo Room Librarian to oversee the management and organization of our specialized library memo collections. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cataloging, and accessibility of valuable research materials and samples. As a key member of our library services team, you will ensure efficient resource management, support research activities, and assist customers with their sampling requests and maintaining the library.

Duties

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Memo Room, including cataloging, indexing, and maintaining collections in accordance with vendorl standards.
• Utilize Hubspot and databases to organize, update, and retrieve collection data efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues on sampling packages.
• Manage all shipping and receiving of UPS, DHL and Fedex shipments for administrative purposes and sampling.
• Assist the sales team with gathering tools including maintaining all vendor collateral, samples of textiles, wallcoverings, carpet, documents and loaner items.
• Manage and collaborate to maintain all office related materials and supplies.
• Maintain returns and strong filing experience in an organizational ethic.
• Effectively communicate via telephone, email with clients, vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to lift boxes that are 45-50 lbs, climb ladders and work for on detailed projects.
• Ability to work the occassional weekends with advance notice.
• Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in organization, cataloging, and keeping stock levels at minimums.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
