Job Title: Menopause Sales Consultant

Location: Remote (Virtual Consultations)

Hours: Full-time (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Compensation: Base + Commission Structure. Base is $60,000 per year. With Commission OTE potential is $80,000-$110,000+

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified Menopause Consultant to conduct in-depth virtual menopause sales consultations with women experiencing a range of menopause-related symptoms and wanting to learn more about our program. This role requires an individual with expert-level menopause knowledge, the ability to explain complex hormonal changes in a clear and supportive manner, and the sales skills to sell a high ticket service

During these consultations, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive menopause assessments to identify key symptoms and underlying hormonal shifts.

- Provide in-depth education on why symptoms are occurring, what factors may be influencing them, and what treatment options are available.

- Explain HRT options, including benefits, risks, and how to advocate for treatment with healthcare providers.

- Offer natural treatment alternatives, including nutrition, lifestyle changes, and holistic strategies for symptom relief.

- Answer all client questions regarding menopause, HRT, supplements, and symptom management.

- These Calls are initial consultations for women to learn more about our services and guiding people to signing up to our Menopause Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one virtual menopause consultations with clients worldwide.

- Provide fact-based, personalized menopause guidance based on client symptoms and health history.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest menopause research, HRT guidelines, and treatment protocols from global menopause societies.

- Maintain detailed client records and communicate with the wider team to ensure continuity of care.

- Ensure you maintain a 30%+ of calls converting to clients

Qualifications & Experience:

- Certified Menopause Specialist, Menopause Practitioner, or relevant menopause certification

- Background in women’s health, nutrition, functional medicine, nursing, or another relevant healthcare field is preferred.

- Deep knowledge of HRT protocols, menopause symptoms, and holistic treatment strategies.

- Ability to explain medical and hormonal concepts in a way that is clear and empowering to clients.

- Strong communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

- Experience with virtual consultations and telehealth platforms is an advantage.

- Sales experience and comfortable level of sales abilities
