Northwood Country Club in Meridian, MS is looking for one bartender to join our 47 person strong team. We are located on 4300 Country Club Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Perform opening and closing duties in the locker room area
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Ensure that each and every opportunity to serve the members and guests is addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Must be available to work any shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to work flexible schedule
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Male only for Men's Locker room, one part time position available
